Christian Unity Bidding Prayers

As we approach the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity 2026, we invite you to join us in prayer with these prayers shared with the CTIC meeting on 14th January:

1. Let us pray for Church leaders everywhere during this Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, that they may work together and promote unity among Christians.

2. Let us pray for an end to divisions between different Churches and Christian communities, that Christians will give united and convincing witness to the Gospel.

3. Let us pray that all Christians throughout the world might be united in our attempts to bring justice, and that our work for justice together might further Christian Unity.

4. Let us pray in this Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, that by witnessing together to the Gospel values of love and forgiveness, the Churches may be led to ever-greater unity in faith.

5. Let us pray for other ministers of Christian denominations here in our town of Crewe, that we may all collaboratively work together in faith and love.
